A Bit About Me
Adeline Todd is the Mental Performance & Fitness Assistant at House 53 Performance Academy, bringing a unique blend of psychology, athletic experience, and long-term player development insight to the program. A collegiate golfer at Spartanburg Methodist College and a dedicated student of Jimmy Shaw since 2019, Adeline understands the emotional and physical demands competitive golfers face. Her foundation in psychology, combined with years of personal experience in high-level junior and collegiate golf, allows her to help athletes build confidence, improve focus, and manage pressure both on and off the course.
Adeline supports players through mental game coaching, fitness planning, and performance preparation, integrating the same systems that shaped her own development. She is actively pursuing advanced certifications in GolfPsych, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), and NASM-CSCS, enabling her to blend mental resilience training with functional golf fitness. Whether she’s helping an athlete refine a pre-shot routine, reset after a tough round, or develop healthier training habits, Adeline brings a calm, supportive, and athlete-centered presence that strengthens every player who works with her.
